Hi, my name is Dr. Rhea Holler and I provide psychotherapy on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Rolling Hills Estates, California. I see clients in person as well as online. My hope is that therapy can help my clients live a life in line with their values, recover from painful issues, and learn how to better trust themselves.
Science-based treatment in a community setting
I provide person-centered treatment that integrates elements from many protocols including ACT, CBT, DBT and IFS. I work with my clients to tackle problems and make progress.
Consultation and Continuing Education
Along with psychotherapy I also provide professional consultation and trainings to other therapists with complex cases such as those involving safety concerns, trauma treatment, CBT and DBT protocols, and therapist burnout.
An online course for psychologists looking to meet the updated California state CE requirements is coming soon in Summer 2023.
